All the activities instrumental to the event (Secretariat, setting up, implementation, transport, dismantling, post-event activities, etc.) have a relevant impact on the environment, no matter how small the event is.

...and to make sure that the Green choice is properly understood and appreciated by all the participants to the event, easycontact will not only provide green certifications on the products and services used, but will use catchphrases to explain the meaning of the certification and the contribution to preserving the environment.
For example, when we use paper that is certified 100% recycled, we will add “no trees have been cut to produce this invitation card!
